Cancellation Policy
I understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, I respectfully ask that you provide 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation.
Cancellations and "No Shows" leave gaps in my schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables me to schedule another client, and in turn maintain a higher availability of appointments for you as well as others.
If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service . Missed appointments or "no shows" will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee may apply.
